I have been reading through the forum and noticed some replies to this question. It pointed to looking at the statistics file via tcode STAD. The only issued with this is that the data is only stored for something like 48 hours since the logs would take up system resources. I need to be able to show programs launched for a longer period of time. Is there something available within SAP or does a custom program need to be created for this? Thanks everyone!

Afaria Enrollment failed
Hello!
Help me to fix the problem. When I enroll Afaria client on the Android device I receive an error.
After entering the registration code, Afaria client hangs on the stage of device registration.
Long connecting and then it gives an error «Registration Failed»(in Russian Регистрация отменена)

Possibility to save PCM EPM reports on server via EPM and share to users
Hi,
Our users want to use Excel for PCM reporting, instead of Book viewer and Web server.
We already did many simplest reports in EPM and save it locally on client machine.
But share reports via network (like: \\shareserv\EPMreport.xls) sharing is very uncomfortably for users and looks not good.
Can we import those reports in PCM server? After creating report "Save" (and open) buttons is unavailable(in EPM section):
Example in BPC we login in environment(alike model) and then in EPM menu we open report from server, also we can save report directly on server, Can we do the same with PCM EPM?

how to group vertically
Hello all,
I have to create Crystal report 2011 with grouping.
Is it any way to create report in following format?
I have created group party name, Area name and Sales person name. And i want to size group in above format.
There is no drill down in any group level.
Please, let me know if it is possible by group or any other way.

Default Settlement Receiver for Maintenance Orders
Hi Everyone,
We have a PM order type with settlement profile assignment such that settlement can be possible on (1) Cost centres & (2) Internal(Settlement) Orders both. As a result if both parameters (Cost centre, Settlement order) are maintained in master data i,e, Functional Location or Equipment, By default cost centre is derived in the settlement rule.
But client's requirement is that:
When both Cost Centre & Internal Orders are maintained in the master record. Only internal order should be derived automatically. They don't want that user can select settlement receiver manually in the settlement rule.

VAT calculation for FOC (Indonesia)
Dear gurus,
I heard legal requirement from my client that
in Indonesia, for FOC (Free of charge) case, output VAT has to be
paid to official.
Then, calculation of VAT should be based on Purchased price, not sales price.
I have no idea how this can be realized in SAP.
Is there any solution?

Printing error for smartforms
Dear gurus,
We developed Invoice by smartforms.
This form is used in different country as standard format,
then printer in each country is different.
Now we are facing that in some printer, bottom of form is going to next page
and not fit into 1 page.
In PDF preview, it display without any problem.
Is there any way to solve?
We tried printer driver's adjustment already, but it didn't work well.

COPA planning layout with blank
Dear gurus,
I created planning layout for COPA by KE15.
I have 3 lead columns, then I want to make
2 lead column as mandatory and 1 lead column as optional.
However, if lead column is blank in upload file, it shows error.
Is there any workaround?

Question about measures
Hello,
I have a quick question on measures, why is it that when I enter data for two accounts(1 P&L and 1 Balance sheet), for the month of may, with periodic measure, and then when I look at month of june of the same year with YTD measure, the P&L account would show same value as may, which is as expected as June has no other value. However the balance sheet account for june will display nothing. I am sure there is a reason why its done this way, can someone explain why?(P.S. I know that Balance sheet accounts are stored as YTD numbers and P&L is periodic, also its a periodic model)

What is the real use of "PLOGI - TEXTO" if OM-PA is integrated?
Dear Experts,
i have access to two SAP HR systems: in one system "PLOGI - TEXTO" ("Integration: transfer short text of org.unit" switch in T77S0) is set to "X", in the other it is not set (empty). In both systems OM-PA integration is switched on. However, in both systems the "Object Abbreviation" (short text) as well as the "Object Name" (long text) of the org. unit is displayed in IT0001 of the employees.
The only difference i can see is that what text appears in table T527X. In the system where "PLOGI - TEXTO" is set to "X", the "Object Abbr." is contained in table T527X. In the other system (where "PLOGI -TEXTO" is not set to "X") the "Object Name" (long text) is stored in T527X. But it seems to me that this does not effect what texts are displayed in IT0001.
Is this all the "PLOGI - TEXTO" flag does when OM-PA is integrated or am i missing something here?

i am trying to change the colors of my application. Instead of changing each window color. i want to make changes in INI file.
but INI accepts only some values instead of RGB... like 536870912 for RGB(130,173,255).
i know only RGB values. can any1 help me to convert RGB values

BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN to update "Reported By"
I am using BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN to create a work order, but couldn't find a field to update "Reported By" field at Notif. dates tab.
Any idea which field in BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN can be used to populate value to this field?

How to set the num.currency{} such a way that it will display "-" sign for Negative numbers instead of "()"
Hi SAP folks,
I am working on a Adobe invoice form, where in few currency fields might need to show as "-" if they are negative numbers.
I am using Display pattern num.currency{}, but its displaying it as ($1,234,567.89), I want this to display as $-1,234,567.89
Can anyone please let me know how to achieve this.

Evaluating a DW column's ValidationMsg Correctly
In my application I replace the Messagebox with a custom HTML Messagebox object, so that it can have larger fonts and thus be more readable, use boldface for emphasis, etc. (It's my object, which I originally paid someone to develop in C++, then enhanced further myself. A slightly older version of it is available for free at www.html-messagebox.com - I plan to update it soon when I get some time.)
So one of the things I wanted to do with that is replace PB's validation messages, which show up in a messagebox with the title "Data Entry Error" (which I also don't like).
To do that, I have an inherited DW control, u_dw, with an ItemError event that evaluates the ValidationMsg for the row and column, then posts my Messagebox replacement showing it. However, since a ValidationMsg can include complex expressions (mine often do) it turned out it was really quite complicated to evaluate them properly and get the right message. Here is the code which I think I have finally settled on, which seems to work whether single or double quotes (or some combination) is used in the expression (which is what complicated things).

TSM Scenario Setup
Hello experts,
I was trying to test the TSM(Time sensitive material) scenario but failed with some of the steps from the how to guide with steps screenshot below. I need your help on the questions below:
1.When I was testing step 5, this was based on the previous set up that adding the Check in/out TSM activity to the Assemble button, right?
2.If the previous question was correct, then where should I find the add button since there are only check in, check out and return to POD three buttons.
If this Add button was the one on the assembly point screen, I cannot replicate the error message "One or more selected materials is not checked out" meaning the add activity can be done no matter the TSM material is checked out or not and this can only be shown when I tried to check in a never checked out TSM material there in the screen.
If the previous question was incorrect, where should I see the Inventory ID in the assembly point screen?

How to alter master syatem segment
Got below error:
Can't allocate space for object 'sysusages' in database 'master' because 'system' segment is full/has no free extents. If you ran out of space in syslogs, dump the transaction log. Otherwise, use ALTER DATABASE to increase the size of the segment.
